OakasAmazon provides automated Amazon product sourcing tools, including lead generation, price analysis, and supplier verification through our Discord bot and web platform.

By providing your phone number through our lead forms, website, or other opt-in methods, you consent to receive text messages from OakasAmazon related to demo scheduling, onboarding, service updates, and promotional offers.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message and no further texts will be sent.

We do not share your mobile phone number with third parties for marketing purposes.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Certain features of OakasAmazon require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis as described at the time of purchase.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. You agree to provide valid payment information and authorize recurring charges.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@getoakas.com for refund requests.

You agree not to use our services to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.

Use our tools in a manner that could damage, disable, or impair our services.

Resell or redistribute our services without written permission.

All content, features, and functionality of OakasAmazon, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of OakasAmazon and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

OakasAmazon services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We do not guarantee that our sourcing leads will result in profitable sales. Product research and purchasing decisions are your sole responsibility.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OakasAmazon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to OakasAmazon in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
